My name is Rebecca Griffith and I am the Manager of Operations and Maintenance at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL. I had the opportunity of visit the Crypton, Inc., booth in Orlando, FL., during the ISSA show last October, 2007. I met and spoke with Rickey Long for quite some time during the day I was there and received demonstrations on the various products that Crypton carries.
The one item that particularly caught my eye was the white board cleaner. Among my many job responsibilities on campus is overseeing the approximately $1.3M contracted janitorial service on our campus and so therefore, I know first hand about the struggles our custodians face with trying to keep the white boards clean and acceptable in the eyes of the professors and other teaching professionals. Rickey demonstrated the White Board Cleaner and from that moment on, I was sold. I asked him to send me a sample bottle; which I received within the next week to 10 days after the show. Thank you for an amazing product that works wonders!!
I went out on campus and found a white board that had been written on with permanent ink (a red sharpie) which had been in place for more than a year. Numerous attempts by various individuals had dulled the writing a bit, but there was no mistaking that it was still visible on the board. We took a clean white cotton rag, sprayed on some White Board Cleaner and wiped, not hard, over the permanent ink. To our amazement the red ink started to disappear and within a few more seconds, was totally gone! We commenced cleaning the entire board and it came out looking brand new with no visible signs of the red permanent ink that was on there for over a year.

We have a senior cat that is not very picky about where he “goes”. Litter box vs dining room carpet – no difference. He also has a problem with throwing up – which leaves a yellow stain. We had tried EVERYTHING to rid our carpet of stains and odors and nothing worked. I debated whether to buy your product – I had probably spent a thousand dollars on different cleaners – not counting the professional cleanings.
The first time I used the cleaner on a vomit stain, I was amazed – it actually removed the stain! Then I started trying it on the old urine stains. I am still in the process but it has certainly helped on many of them.

your product worked 100% successfully. After being rejected by the company my wife bought the stain protection from and her fearing her very expensive chair was ruined. Your product with only the smallest spraying of it and gentle rubbing with the supplied brush, the grease stain disappeared. Ellen has named it "Hogwarts Vanishing Creme" . And to put it into perspective, this was not your average cooking grease, but some sort of nasty ass engine or car related Black grease. which either myself or my son happened to sit in at our shop.
